The LiLi™ Program — short for Live Intentionally, Love Intuitively — is a guided wellness experience for women who are ready to realign with their truth, deepen their self-awareness, and rediscover their passions.

The LiLi™ Course Journey

A 4-session self-paced experience rooted in intention, reflection, and gentle transformation.

Each session is grounded in whole-person wellness and aligned with the 8 dimensions of health — helping you reconnect with who you are and who you're becoming.

Session 1: Who Am I?

Self-Awareness & Perspective

  • Build emotional self-awareness and understand your thought-emotion-behavior patterns
  • Identify emotional triggers and coping tools
  • Reflect on how your emotions affect your energy, choices, and relationships
  • Start journaling with guided prompts to honor your feelings and experiences

Tools Included: Emotional tracker, feel-good strategies, self-talk reflection

Session 2: What Was I Created For?

Purpose, Identity & Relationships

  • Clarify your spiritual and personal purpose using Maslow’s framework
  • Map your relationships using the “Tree of Connection” method
  •  Strengthen boundaries and reconnect with your God-given gifts
  • Identify your natural intelligences and areas of calling

Tools Included: Multiple intelligences worksheet, connections tree, purpose reflection

Session 3: Being a Human Being

Values, Alignment & Holistic Living

  • Identify and reconnect with your core values
  • Assess alignment across the 8 dimensions of holistic health and wellness
  •  Reflect on what’s working, what needs release, and where you’re being called to shift
  • Start realigning your life with what truly matters to you

Session 4: Redefining You

Vision, Change & Embodied Purpose

  • Discover your Ikigai (“reason for being”)
  • Create goals that align with your purpose and values
  •  Build supportive habits, visualize your next chapter, and step into it with intention
